Michele Scarlata was appointed the Executive Administrative Partner at Convergent Therapeutics in December 2021.  Prior to joining Convergent, she worked as the Executive Assistant to the President and Managing Partner of F-Prime Capital. In addition to providing right-hand administrative support, she managed the company’s presence at conferences and organized all team offsite events. Before her role at F-Prime, Ms. Scarlata supported the Growth Equity team at General Catalyst Partners.

Ms. Scarlata earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish and Italian at Middlebury College.
